There are some things and behaviors that men should follow for good health:


  • Do regular checkups from time to time on a regular basis

  • You should do tests from time to time to ensure your health, and early detection if there is any disease or any problem that did not have symptoms, for example, some of the tests (measuring blood pressure, measuring blood sugar levels, prostate exams). They must be within the normal level, otherwise you have problems and you must coordinate and follow up with the specialist doctor, and mental health has a great role in helping to maintain your good health, including staying away from anxiety and depression is an important level.

  2. Heart diseases are more common in men than women, and there are factors that increase heart diseases, and these factors include:

    • Genetic factors contribute to heart disease

    • Overweight

    Also, some of these factors cannot be controlled (such as aging, genetic factors), while you may be able to protect yourself and your health by eating a healthy diet, reducing tobacco use "smoking", and doing physical exercise.
